Running on Win 7 with a 6-month-old laptop plenty of RAM and hard disk.

I downloaded the executable, saved it to the desktop. Started running the install and 45 minutes later came back to find the whole system frozen. Had to do a hard boot. Tried installing again and got an error message: Description: Setup did not complete successfully.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. So now I can't install OR delete. I'm looking through the questions and see a lot of install issues but none that look like mine.
